Hi everyone and welcome back to my blog! In this post, I’m going to share what I believe are 3 steps towards living a happier life.
1. Love yourself
The only person that can make you happy is you and life is too short not to do what you love. I think that too many people go through life without ticking anything off their bucket list. If you don’t have a good enough reason to put off travelling to a new country or taking up a new hobby then it’s never to late to make it happen!
2. Moving on
Just like hair, people are always growing and it’s okay to trim off the dead ends when you feel like you have outgrown them. Everyone is growing and changing at different rates, so you can’t expect to always be compatible with the same situation throughout your life. Whether it’s a friendship or a relationship, people grow apart and I think it’s important to remember that letting go may create space for something better.
Family, dreams, love, work, friends, money, everyone has so much going on! I think happiness is finding a balance and not allowing one aspect of your life to over power the others. Of course, sometimes one part of your life will need to be prioritised and sometimes to lose the harmony completely is all part of living a balanced life.
